Hi. I was soooh disappointed with the cd.
I had hoped I would be able to do it fairly soon after the op. Even at 6 weeks (TAH/etc) I could not do most of the moves... and I was very fit before the op, and have done Yoga.
And the Relaxation; well I was enjoying it, and then it tells you to breath into your reproductive organs. Now my hysterectomy removed all reproductive organs. I started to cry, and have not been able to listen to it since.

Thank you, the information is very helpful and you are a ‘pillow’ of strength.

Katy is my yoga teacher and I can honestly say that her style of yoga is fantastic for everyone, whatever their level of fitness. I know one woman who attends the same class I do, who had great difficulty walking when she started two years ago and is now performing more difficult yoga moves with ease. The guided relaxation is ideal if you are looking to reduce stress before your operation, or rest after and it can even help you get to sleep.
