Light Support Panty
Product Description
Our Light Support Panty are an alternative to the Abdominal Support Bands and are a seamless, smooth, comfortable and invisible panty with ’built-in’ gentle support for your abdomen while it is healing.
Made from a soft, breathable microfibre fabric they are the panty with a difference and are designed to gently support your tummy and so relieve pressure on your lower abdominal muscles while you are recovering.
They fit, feel and move invisibly with your body and are so velvety soft they are a pleasure to wear. Made from 91% Polyamide and 9% Elastan, the can be washed at 40 degrees. NOW AVAILABLE IN BLACK or WHITE, our Light Support Panty come in the following sizes:
- UK 8-10 – (36/38)
- UK 10-12 – (38/40)
- UK 14-16 – (42/44)
- UK 18-20 – (46/48)
They are shaped to take account of swelling, so our recommendation is to get your normal panty size.
Please note: For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund this product, so please make sure you order the correct size, you can do this by using a tape measure. If you are between sizes or are ’small’ for your size, you may wish to purchase the next size down so that you get the support you need.

So soft, comfortable & light

I am a size 12/14 ( 71 kg ) but reading advice I brought the medium ( 10/12 ) and these are quite large for me but have been lovely for post Op, so soft and pull up right over tummy & hold a sanitary towel firmly in place. I'm going to order a size smaller now for more support for the coming weeks . worth the cost for the comfort

Ordered a pair of support pants to try out in readyness, accidently ordered a size smaller whoops! but they fit perfectly!! so if you are on the small side of your size go down to the next one :-) Thought it may be handy to know. xx

Great pants - just what I have been looking for - sizing help for you

I tried all sorts of pants from that well known high street store where most of us get our pants from! I could not find anything which did not dig in somewhere.
These pants are extremely well made and lots of thought has gone into them and I shall be wearing mine for a very long time because they are so comfortable and have support in all of the right places. They will be really great just for normal wear beyond my recuperation time (perhaps not a fashion statement) but they would be brilliant under a dress or at the gym or with jeans to protect your waist from digging waist bands.
Size:
I did have difficulty deciding. I am a 12/14 so I could not decide whether to go for a 10/12 or a 14/16. I opted for the 10/12. They are definitely a 10/12 and the elastic is a little tight round my legs (I do have large legs. Now I have worn them for a few days I do not notice so I might have been just the shock of wearing pants!! I am pleased I didn't go for the 14/16 though because I am pretty certain they would have soon been too big.
I bought a white pair and a black pair and am now seriously considering buying some more because I can't imagine wearing anything else.

Gives Support with Comfort

Purchased this support pant and have found it a very comfortable but supportive pant. Gives enough support in the abdomen but is soft and comfortable as well. No digging into the legs and is very high above the belly button to just under where my bra starts. Wish I had bought a couple of pairs as I find it more comfortable than the Support Band.
