I think that this book is a must for everyone, not just those with menopausal concerns. If you read this and enjoy cooking some of the delicious recipes you will not only help yourself long before menopause but through it and out the other side.
The dietary advice is good for keeping men and women of all ages healthy and happy.
Highly recommended.
